I love Canada.
The poutine is so good.
Everyone apologizes to me a lot and likes hockey.
It is nice to live next door to Canada, oui.
God Bless Canada!
Canada's a great country, there's no doubt about it, but it gets a whole lot harder to love when folks in my riding of Halifax are working two jobs and still having to choose between filling their prescription meds and putting groceries on the table. Instead of waving flags, maybe we should focus on making life actually affordable for working families by taxing the corporate giants who are raking in record profits while people freeze and starve.
